You earn 30% of the gross recurring revenue from every client you onboard and continue to actively service. This applies to both the 90-day implementation program fees and the ongoing platform subscription. There is no cap on your earnings.

You must have a signed client engagement agreement on file, dated within 30 days of the Intempt deal close. Your status is reviewed annually. If you stop servicing a client, either party can issue a 90-day termination notice, after which revenue share ceases for that client.

Your 30% share adjusts automatically based on the new subscription amount. No action needed from you.

Either party can issue a 90-day notice. Revenue share continues during the notice period and stops afterward for that client. Your share on other clients is unaffected.
