This Cart Abandonment & Recovery journey gives you the ability to automate reminders and incentives for your customers who haven’t completed their order bringing them back to your website, to recover their cart.

  1. Add a segment trigger

    It needs to include users who have added items to the cart but have not finished the purchase

  2. Send an email reminder

    This is critical step to resurface the items left in the cart.

  3. Add delay control

    Wait for a few hours and check if the purchase has been completed.

  4. Add a condition check

    If no new purchase is recorded, send another email.

  5. Second condition check

    After a day's pause, check if the customer finally made the purchase.

  6. A/B test and email send-off

    If there is still no transaction recorded - send an A/B test email to the customer. One-half of customers would receive an offer with a discount, the other half would receive the offer with free shipping.
