1. Add a segment trigger

‍

The trigger needs to consider drops in product usage and churn risk. For example - users that have not signed up for a product for more than a week.

2. Prepare email template

‍

Send an automated email to check in with the customer.

3. Add delay control

‍

Wait for 7 days and check if the customer is still inactive (condition “Is in segment)

4. Place a condition check

‍

If the customer is still on a high churn risk - send a notification to the Slack channel so a team member can reach out to the customer.

5. Continue with email nurture

If the customer left the high-risk segment, continue sending the email nurture to ensure that the user remains engaged with the product.
