The journey begins when a user submits an NPS survey. An activity represents the NPS survey response and contains a score and comment attribute used within the journey.

The journey automatically sends a personalized response after a user submits the NPS survey.

If the NPS result makes them a detractor and no comment is left, a follow-up email is sent to request more detailed feedback to help you learn and improve.

If the NPS result is a promotor (9 or 10), a personalized email is sent requesting them to review you on G2Crowd
